Reconnect a client's account with one link, and see at once when an account needs it

When a client's social account stops working, you can now get it back without their password or a call.

A reconnect link for one account Ask your AI agent for a client link for that account (get_connect_link with purpose "client" and the account's id). Your client opens it without a LotsSocial login and signs in to the network again. The same account is renewed in place: its brand and scheduled posts stay as they are. The link works once and only for that account. If the client signs in to a different account, it is refused and nothing changes. The link lasts up to 7 days.

No duplicate accounts When a client uses a normal connect link for an account that is already in the workspace, LotsSocial renews it instead of adding it a second time, so it isn't counted twice.

Simpler connect pages Client links open a plain page with one big button and a green tick when the account is connected. If the link opens inside another app's built-in browser, the page asks the client to open it in Chrome or Safari, where the network's sign-in works.

Account health you can trust When a network refuses an account's connection, the account shows Needs reconnecting straight away and the email about the failed post says so. Posts can't be scheduled to it until it is reconnected, and your agent gets the same answer from validate_social_post. After reconnecting, your agent can publish a failed post again to just the accounts that failed.
