Client upload links: your clients send photos and videos in full quality

Agencies can now send a client a link to send photos and videos for one brand, straight from their phone, in full quality. The client needs no LotsSocial account and no password, and nothing is squeezed through a chat app or email on the way.

How it works

• In the media library, click Client upload link, choose the brand, add the client's name and pick how long the link works, from 1 to 7 days.
• Copy the link and send it to your client. It is shown only once.
• Your client opens it on their phone, adds their files and sees a green tick as each one arrives. Big videos upload in parts, and a file that stops can be tried again.
• The files land in that brand's media library, marked From client, and you get a notification. Nothing is converted or compressed.

Limits

• Up to 50 files per link.
• Photos up to 50 MB each (JPEG, PNG, WebP or HEIC) and videos up to 1 GB each (MP4 or MOV).
• The media library lists each link that still works, with how many files have arrived. Turn off ends a link at once; files already received stay.

From your AI agent Ask your agent for an upload link for a brand (get_connect_link with purpose "upload"). It can list what your clients sent too (list_media with source client_upload).
